Payment and price

Payment is in advance by the means stated on our website. We will only process payments if we obtain authorisation from our payment partner. If we do not receive full payment in cleared funds within 7 days of your order, then we are entitled to cancel this contract.

The price for the goods you order is as stated on our site at the time you send us your order. VAT or sales tax is included unless we say otherwise.

Your order

Your order is an offer to buy from us. Please check your order very carefully to ensure it is correct. You must order at least the minimum quantity specified on our website.

By law we cannot sell alcohol to persons under 18. By making an order for alcoholic products on this site, you are promising to us that you are 18 years or older.

Acceptance / unavailability

There will be no binding contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually despatch the goods to you. Until then we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. Nothing else that we do or say will amount to acceptance of your offer. If any goods are unavailable, we will notify you of the unavailability as soon as possible and will arrange for a full refund if you have been charged or mutually agree a substitute with you.

Delivery

We will only arrange for delivery once we have received full payment in cleared funds. Delivery will be to the address which you specify when ordering.

The conditions of Next Day Delivery applies only to orders received before 10 AM. Orders placed after 10 AM are not guaranteed to arrive the next day.

We will do our best to arrange delivery within the time specified on our website or, if none, a reasonable period. We are not liable for late delivery to the extent that this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if we think that the recipient may be under 18. Where delivery requires a signature on receipt, the docket must be signed only by a person who is 18 or over.

An extra delivery charge may become payable if no-one is present to accept delivery and either you haven’t provided alternative delivery instructions or else you don’t make reasonable efforts to collect the item from a holding depot.

Risk of damage or loss to the goods passes to you on delivery or if you wrongfully refuse delivery when delivery is attempted.

Faulty or miss-described goods

DELIVERY POLICY

At Szicsek Palinka we are committed to offering the best service to our customers. We send all orders on a next working day delivery service via Yodel. Delivery to the UK is charged per complete order regardless of how many items are ordered.

Postcodes in the highland category are IV,KW 1-14,PA 37-39, PH 19-26, PH 30-40, ZE,BT,M and the Channel Islands. Deliveries to these destinations may incur a surcharge. We will contact you to advise if there is an additional charge. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery to these destinations.

IMPORTANT: Please check the item for any damage before signing  as you are signing receive the goods in perfect condition. If the item is damaged refuse to accept the item. Szicsek Palinka cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for. Please make sure you are available for delivery as this applies to any signature received.

Deliveries will only be sent to the credit/debit cards registered address unless checkout services via PayPal are used and the address you would like to use delivery is verified with them. All damaged goods must be returned before a replacement or refund can be given.In the unlikely event that goods are lost in transit , they cannot be classified as missing until after 7 days.
