Description

In addition to juniper, our leading spices are Moroccan coriander, blackcurrant, pink grapefruit and peppercorn, pine bud, sea buckthorn and of course elderflower. A long, complex gin, where you’ll sense from the nose that this is something completely different to what you’ve smelled or thought of gins before. The total of 21 spices used are in perfect harmony, none of them overpowering the others, which is why this gin can be enjoyed for so long, even just smelling it.

It is recommended to be consumed at room temperature, on its own or in G&T with dry Indian tonic. For the G&T spice we use nothing but blackcurrant and dehydrated or fresh pink grapefruit.
