-“Delicate aroma. Complex flavour notes of cherry and almond, however the alcohol is a high and in competition with these subtle flavours. Alcohol heat needs to be reduced to restore balance.”
-“A rich, smooth, approachable nose with good cherry characters alongside a hint of nutty apricot. Chewy acidity on the palate unfortunately doesn’t balance with aggressive alcohol. Good apricot, dried fruit and spiced cherry flavours.”
We recommended our Gypsy Sour Cherry Palinka with Honey Liqueur drink a shot after meals or desert or mix with Prosecco like a nice Cherry Bellini.
